The main floor of this condo is open plan and spacious. All rooms are hardwood flooring and the furnishings are as old as the renovated house.

The living room has a fireplace and it is furnished with a sofa and antique furniture, a pine wood cabinet houses the flat screen TV, DVD and sound system. French doors lead a double bedroom with an en-suite.

The kitchen is designed for the chef in you, double porcelain sink, gas stoves, fridge and freezer unit and storage cabinets decorated in a cherrywood finish. The dining room in the kitchen occupies a large space with its a Pine wood table and overhead spotlights.

Outside there is a high fence and behind it is the heated swimming pool, it is lit in the evening, extending to the pools terrace there is room for a hammock for resting, an outside bar and eating area good for barbeque and outdoor dining. The area is pretty big with enough space for 10 people.
